Senior Structural Geology Consultants - Toronto

We are seeking a Senior Structural Geology Consultant for our Toronto office. The successful candidate will join a growing team of Structural Geologists established as one of the key centres for applied structural geology in the mineral industry in North America. The successful candidate will have:

• A postgraduate degree specializing in the structural geology of ore deposits
• Eligibility for professional registration as P.Geo or P.Eng
• 3 years of experience in field-oriented, belt to deposit scale, structural mapping, analysis and interpretation of mineralized systems
• A strong theoretical background, with demonstrated competence in realizing practical outcomes
• Proficiency with GIS mapping and 3D modeling software
• Proven ability to independently (or as part of a team) generate, implement and complete multiple work assignments in a dynamic environment

The successful candidate will consult on projects for North American and International clients, requiring travel. Assignments will include structural analysis and interpretation of controls on a variety of geological systems to support exploration targeting, resource modeling, mine operational performance, and engineering studies.

As a consultant, the successful candidate will be expected to create and maintain client relationships and work in a team environment. Strong communication skills and interpersonal capabilities are essential.
