Andrew Robertshaw

Andrew’s specialisation latterly includes project management of major projects for bulk water infrastructure. His initial experience was in the water field covering aspects of hydrology, water supply and treatment and water resources management. He has led large scale BOTT programmes for rural water supply, World Bank funded water infrastructure upgrade projects in Malawi and Zimbabwe, and as a planning engineer conducted technical assessments for water supply infrastructure throughout Southern Africa. He has also managed technical teams responsible for environmental compliance, services interface and land acquisition. As a team leader, Andrew led a World Bank technical assistance to the Harare water assignment to assess Harare water’s operational capacity and efficiency and for a review of Lesotho’s Water Policy. He's currently the project manager for the multi-phase Mareesburg TSF. Andrew is a professional registered professional engineer.
