He has experience across the mining value chain having worked in exploration, underground mining, and resource geology and has had exposure to mineral processing. Cael has worked with various commodities and deposit styles but specialises in narrow vein gold for which he is a Competent Person under the JORC and NI43-101 reporting codes. He has a keen interest in recoverable resource estimation techniques such as localised uniform conditioning and conditional simulation. Cael is an expert user of Datamine and has skills in various other mining and geostatistical packages.
