Omar Felix Villar

He is a registered Professional Engineer that has worked on a wide range of domestic and international projects and is keenly familiar with site specific characterization programs, design and construction of stable, economical and legally compliant mining installations, with a focus on cost-effective closure solutions.

Omar is MSHA and OSHA current and has extensive international experience in environmental and geotechnical field characterization programs, baseline studies, development of mine closure plans, completion of multiple Asset Retirement Obligation projects (ARO), permitting, environmental audits and due diligence projects. He has managed, led, and completed numerous field geotechnical and geochemical characterization programs for clients in the US and Mexico.
