He has worked as a mining engineer and mine planner in two different international mining companies. He is familiar with both underground and open-pit mines' production systems, mine design, scheduling, and cost estimates, as well as long-hole blasting and production operation, rock mechanics, ventilation, and back-fill. As a consulting engineer, he has accumulated extensive experience in over 100 projects, including due diligence review and audit, mine project evaluation and valuation, scoping/pre-feasibility/feasibility studies, mining optimization, and competent person reporting for the public financial market. 

His experience covers a range of minerals including gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper, iron, bauxite, laterite-nickel, sylvine, phosphate, and graphite, as well as quartzite, marble, bentonite, and construction aggregate, in various regions such as China, other parts of Asia, America, Africa, and Oceania. He is skilled in both technical and economic modeling and is proficient in digital modeling using Geovia, Datamine, and Deswik Suites.
