Gary Poxleitner

Serving many operations, banks, and engineering firms over the past years, Gary has worked with almost every extractable commodity, in near surface to ultra-deep producing mines on every continent and well over 45 nations.

Since graduating from Laurentian University in 1991 he has been employed in the diamond space in Kimberley, South Africa, at the historic gold Giant Mine in Yellowknife NWT, underground zinc/copper Myra Falls mine on Vancouver Island, and multiple nickel-copper mines within the Sudbury Basin.

Gary actively serves on a number of boards, including with SRK Consulting, CIM (nationally, locally and with the Underground Mining Society), Camiro and others. He enjoys speaking at universities and conferences to share what he has learned over the years.
